Your gigs, your prices, your customers, your earnings. You set what you sell and what it costs. Buyers message you directly. The smart contract pays you on the next block. Nothing routes through us.
Community.
When you bring someone to fam.work, you earn 1% of every sale they make forever. 2% if you're Premium. The platform doesn't grow without you, so the upside shouldn't all stay with us.
Growth.
fam.work grows through the people on it. Sellers bring in their networks. Buyers tell their friends about gigs they paid for and liked. The community is the growth engine, and the upside flows back to that community through the referral system.
How it works.
Post a gig.
Services, products, or both. Set your price. Show your work.
Buyer orders. Money locks.
Their payment goes into a smart contract on Solana the moment they place the order. Not into our bank account.
You deliver. You get paid.
Funds land in your wallet on the next block. SOL, USDC, or USDT.
If there's a dispute, a person handles it.
Either side can open one. A real person reviews the case and splits the funds fairly.
If you're selling on fam.work.
Your account is your shop. Profile, portfolio, gigs in any category that's legal. Set up however you want.
Buyers message you directly. There's no support-ticket queue between you. Comments on each gig become a small interaction space around your work. Buyers ask questions in public before they order. You answer in public. Every future buyer reads both.
When the buyer accepts the delivery, the smart contract releases payment to your wallet on the next block. No withdrawal queue, no minimum payout, no platform balance.

Find what you need. Browse by category, search by keyword, or sort by reviews from people who actually paid for the work.
Every seller has a profile and a portfolio. Read both before you order. Message them, ask questions, agree on scope. When you place the order, the smart contract holds your payment until you approve the delivery. No chargebacks needed because the money was never moved out of escrow.
If something goes wrong, open a dispute. The funds stay in escrow until it's resolved. All on-chain, all transparent.
